In the app go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data that we are not required to retain by law.

I can’t log in / I forgot my password

Make sure you’re using the same sign-in method as during registration (email or Apple). If the issue persists, contact us at the email above.

How do subscriptions and trials work?

ZERO-G uses Apple’s in-app purchases. Billing and cancellations are handled by Apple. If a trial is available, you won’t be charged until it ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial in your Apple ID settings.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device and cancel there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The app asks for camera or microphone

Camera is used for on-device pose checks; microphone for the optional voice assistant. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Some features won’t work without specific permissions.

I’m not receiving notifications

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → ZERO-G and enable alerts. Also verify in-app notification settings.

How do I request my data or ask for deletion?

Email us from the address linked to your account and describe the request (access, correction, portability, deletion). We’ll respond as soon as possible.

Is ZERO-G giving medical advice?

No. ZERO-G is not a medical device and doesn’t provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
