ZERO-G – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ART BARTOSZ IDZIK (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use ZERO-G and our website https://zero-g.app.
Quick Summary
We collect only what is needed to run the app: email (if provided), identifiers, subscription status, basic fitness & body tracking (hands, head, environment scanning) for gameplay, optional audio for the voice assistant, and usage/diagnostics. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not sell your data and we do not use data for cross‑app tracking.
1. Information We Collect
Account & Subscription
Email (if provided), nickname (call‑sign), user and device identifiers. Purchases are processed via Apple In‑App Purchase; we receive subscription/entitlement status via RevenueCat (we do not store full payment instrument details).
Fitness & Body Tracking
Basic fitness and exercise data and body tracking signals (e.g., hands and head position, environment scanning from device sensors) used only to enable gameplay, missions and guidance. This data is not shared for advertising or tracking.
Camera & Microphone
Camera frames are processed on‑device for pose estimation; we do not store or upload video frames. Microphone input for the real‑time voice assistant is opt‑in and processed to provide responses; we do not retain raw audio after processing.
AI Inputs/Outputs
Prompts and responses may be routed to AI providers (OpenAI / Together.ai, as applicable) to generate missions and coaching. We minimize personal data in prompts and apply retention limits where possible.
Push Notifications
We use OneSignal to deliver reminders and updates; device tokens are used for delivery only.
Usage & Diagnostics
Product interaction, session metadata, crash data, and performance data to maintain and improve the Service.
Support
If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (email, message, attachments).
2. How We Use Information
Provide and personalize the Service; unlock and verify subscriptions; deliver AI missions and coaching; enable gameplay and guidance; send notifications; ensure safety and integrity; perform analytics; comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics), and consent (voice assistant, optional communications).
4. Sharing of Information
Vendors and processors: RevenueCat (entitlements), OneSignal (push), Supabase (auth/database), ElevenLabs (voice), OpenAI / Together.ai (as applicable) (AI). We require appropriate data protection safeguards with these providers.
Compliance and safety: we may share information to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety.
Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and subscription data while you maintain an account and as required by law. AI prompts are retained for short periods for quality and abuse prevention. Camera frames are not retained. Audio is not retained after processing.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at idzikbartosz@gmail.com. You can also manage permissions in device settings and unsubscribe from push/email.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe we collected data from a child, contact us to delete it.
8. International Transfers
We may transfer data to countries with different data protection laws. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information; no method is 100% secure.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; the latest version will be posted at https://zero-g.app/privacy. We will notify you of material changes.

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and associated personal data that we are not required to retain by law.
The app’s App Privacy disclosure corresponds to these categories: Email Address; User ID; Device ID; Purchases (Purchase History); Fitness; Body (Hands, Head); Audio Data; Product Interaction; Crash Data; Performance Data; Environment Scanning. Data is linked to the user only as needed for app functionality and analytics, and is not used for tracking or third‑party advertising.
