These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ART BARTOSZ IDZIK that govern your access to and use of the ZERO-G mobile application and related websites, services, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What ZERO-G is (and isn’t)
ZERO-G provides gamified fitness training inspired by astronaut routines. It offers camera-assisted form checks, an optional real‑time voice assistant, and AI-generated mission content. THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. In case of emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
ZERO-G is offered as a paid subscription via Apple’s in‑app purchase (“IAP”) infrastructure. Billing and cancellation of subscriptions are managed by Apple. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any change will apply at the next billing period.
Trials: If a trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not wish to continue, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Revenue processing: We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements. Apple remains your merchant of record. Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge you the subscription fee at the applicable interval until you cancel.
Zero-G may offer subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Some plans may include free trials or introductory offers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your account will be charged.
Auto-renewable subscriptions: All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
4. Health & Safety Warnings
Exercise carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you voluntarily participate at your own risk. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, and consult a physician.
Camera‑assisted form checks and AI coaching are approximations and may be inaccurate. Always prioritize your personal safety and professional guidance over in‑app cues.
5. Permissions and Devices
The app may request access to your device’s camera (pose estimation), microphone (voice assistant), push notifications, and motion sensors. You can disable permissions in system settings; some features may not function.
Standard data charges may apply based on your wireless plan. You are responsible for obtaining compatible hardware and internet access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) circumvent paywalls or access controls; (d) use the Service to create a competing product; (e) upload or transmit malware; (f) harass or harm others; or (g) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting access, or terminating accounts.
7. AI & Generated Content
ZERO-G uses AI to generate missions, narratives, and coaching prompts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. We do not guarantee factual accuracy or suitability of AI content. Use discretion and report problematic content via Support.
By using the Service, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to host and process your inputs for the purpose of operating the Service.
8. Third‑Party Services
The Service integrates with third‑party services, including but not limited to ElevenLabs (voice), OneSignal (push notifications), RevenueCat (entitlements), Supabase (database/auth), and OpenAI / Together.ai (as applicable) (AI). Your use of those features constitutes acceptance of the providers’ terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, animations, software, and audiovisual elements are owned by ART BARTOSZ IDZIK or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
10. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit (e.g., nickname, feedback). You represent that you have all necessary rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content to operate and improve the Service.
11. Push Notifications and Emails
We may send you transactional or service-related communications (e.g., reminders, receipts). You can control push notifications in system settings and email preferences in the app or via unsubscribe links.
12. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of material changes that adversely affect paid features.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Courts located in Warsaw, Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you additional rights.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) will survive.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the latest version will be posted at https://zero-g.app/terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in‑app or by email, and the changes will become effective on the stated date.
